Booked Burger King!

Just after shooting Honda, Kevin went in for three national Burger King spots and got one! He shoots Wednesday, and unlike the SoCal Honda spot, this ad will air across the country. It should be a fun shoot–Kevin gets to have his own stunt dummy!

Honda Spot Airing Today

If you live in Southern California, be sure to flip on your TV to catch Kevin’s new Honda commercial, which starts airing today, July 1st! It was written and directed by Dick Sittig. You may not recognize the name, but you probably would recognize his voice–Dick writes, directs, and does the voice of Jack for all Jack in the Box commercials. Kevin had a fun time working with him and everyone else involved. The spot will be up in the Videos section by the end of next week.

SoCal Honda

Kevin booked a SoCal Honda commercial! If you live in Southern California, you’ll see Kevin and the Helpful Honda Guy in an ad airing sometime this summer. If you don’t, Kevin will have the spot in the Videos section as soon as he gets a copy (most likely sometime in July).

Voice Over

Kevin has begun a voice over class over at Kalmenson & Kalmenson Voice Over Workshops. It’s a six week course, which will focus on the basics of voice over auditioning and acting and will help Kevin emphasize his strengths in the sound booth. Kevin is excited to pursue this additional avenue of performance.

Kevin’s theatrical agents requested some new ammo to fire at casting directors for pilot season, so Kevin went to David Muller (www.davidmullerphotography.com) for a reload. David has a beautiful loft downtown and was great to work with. The new pics are up now. Check them out on the Pictures page.

Kevin Signs with the Daniel Hoff Agency

Kevin has signed with Dave Secor and Anna Leigh Simmons at the Daniel Hoff Agency for theatrical (television and film) representation. Dave was impressed by Kevin’s performance in the play “The Pursuit of Happiness,” and brought him in for a meeting. The ink dried on the contract a few days later, and Kevin will soon be auditioning for his first pilot season.

Come out and see Kevin in “The Pursuit of Happiness.” Kevin is starring alongside Jude Ciccolella, Stephen Mendillo, Lisa Richards, and Janna Bossier. It is directed by Bill Bolender and running for ONE WEEK ONLY, Dec. 9th to the 13th, at the Stephanie Feury Studio Theatre. It’s funny and makes you think (and no, it has nothing to do with the recent Will Smith movie). Check out the postcard below for details:
